Using the service

You may use SlotForm for lawful business forms, customer requests and appointment scheduling. You are responsible for the content you publish and the people you invite.

Customer communication

SlotForm can prepare a WhatsApp handoff, but it does not guarantee that a message was sent, received or answered.

Availability and changes

The service may change as it develops. We work to keep it available, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.

Accounts and data

Keep your account secure. Workspace owners control their business data and may remove members, responses and other stored information.
